How do I track my order?

Tracking number is sent to email/phone number that was provided at check out.

How long does it take to ship the order?

It takes about 2-4 business days (mon-fri) to ship and after being shipped you will receive it between 2-5 days unless its expedite shipping it takes 2-3 days

Lost/stolen items ?

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items once your packaged is handed over USPS. Once package says delivered by USPS we can NOT refund. 

If an item is Damaged?

Unfortunately we aren’t  responsible for any damage caused by the shipping. We try our best to secure and protect items 

Missing items?

You only have 30 days to make a claim about your missing item.

Return/cancellation policy ?

We do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of receiving the products not including shipping fees. It must unopened and unused.

Incorrect address ?

 GBL is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES ONCE SHIPPED
